    1. Between 2018 August and 2019 January organization implemented project “The empowerment of rural women” within the Rule of Law and Access to Justice program which was supported and financed by UNDP. The coverage of project sites – 2 target regions of Sughd province: Devashtich and Spitamen regions.
    2. The next parallel running project was “Women are key for environmental safety and protection” which was supported and financed by GEF Small Grants program of UNDP.
    3. Now PO Saodat is implementing project under the title “Countering violent extremism by promoting pluralism and tolerance” (short title: Future – without extremism) with support of USA Embassy in Tajikistan so Small Grants program department of USA Embassy in Dushanbe is financing this project. This project is launched on 2020, September month in Taghoyak jamoat of Spitamen region. The duration of project is 12 months. The main goal of the project is to reduce the severity and scale of social problems leading to radicalization and violent extremism through reducing the influence of radical groups’ psychology on the formation of young people's thought, trust in the actions of local authorities and the community. One of the priority tasks of project – is creation of youth educational center in Taghoyak jamoat. Such youth educational center is successfully functioning since April month of current year and its name in target region is “Rural Youth Support Center”. According the materials of enquiry about the necessity of discussion (study) groups/small clubs the following study groups/small clubs are formed:
    - Learning of Russian language club – 5 groups study in this club, and each has no less 15 participants. The head of these clubs are – Usmanova Gulnora and Nabijonova Gulruh who are higher qualified specialists, teachers with high experience from comprehensive/secondary schools:
    - Learning of English language – here 2 groups study in this club. The head of club is – Tursunova Mavzuna, the young specialist who is very experienced in working with children;
    - Confectionery/pastry –2 groups also study in this club; the period of study is from one to two months. The head of club is an experienced specialist, young confectioner/pastry-cook with special education on confectionery – Bozorova Oydinoi;
    - Sewing/dress making – here 2 groups study where the participants are basically the young girls, women who like to sew. The head of this club – Mamadalieva Intizor;
    - Computer skills – only 1 group study in this club, participants of it most basically people over 20 years old who wish to get job which requires computer skills. The head of this club is – Sultonova Rayhona with high education on computer science, mathematics and physics;
    - Welder – for this small club particularly the schoolchildren from 10-11th Forms of comprehensive school in order to gain skills of welding work. The head of this club is – Boboev Mehroj, the young specialist who got a profession of an electric welder of the third category from Vocational school-68 (Vocational School) Spitamen district.
    At the beginning of May month of current year we organized opening ceremony of this Youth Educational Center (“Rural Youth Support Center”) where were invited representatives from local jamoat, Khukumat, public organizations, local community and educational institutions.
    The following activities were implemented for project target groups:
    - 4 trainings sessions in which 20 participants who were taught on “What is tolerance?” and “Tolerance – is the way to peaceful future”
    - 2 competitions were organized and hold among the participants, youth of target region. Competitions topics «What I know about the extremism?», «We are against extremism». Participants of these competitions were awarded with prizes and memorable gifts.
    Project planned to form group of young actors for involvement of youth for fighting with terrorism and extremism with use of art language. At the beginning of this year, schoolchildren from 10th Forms of comprehensive school #7 could show their ability and talent by preparing and demonstration of short scene/stage about the consequences of extremist activities for more than 50 spectators. For this activity, these young participants were awarded with grateful letters.
    As part of the project tasks, a number of meetings were held with involvement of the local community members and with mahalla activists, including representatives of the jamoat and secondary schools. As a result of those meets we got support and an active role of jamoat representatives and schoolteachers headed by school director in well-timed implementation of project tasks.
    The next steps of project will be:
    Organizing the next competitions on “Our defense – is our knowledge!” and “Religious and extremism”
    4. Another current going project is “Adult Education Promotion in Tajikistan” (AEPT) on creation and development of Community Learning Center (CLC), which started in the context of cooperation with international organization DVV International. The main goal of this project is promotion in development of local communities in accordance with the regularly identified needs of community members through the implementation of the resource-training center activities for additional (non-formal) education. The main project tasks are to train the adult social groups from local community for life skills and their improvement topics. Project has planned to provide numbers of trainings for local community members and for potential employees of Community learning center.

2. To increase the educational level of 200 rural women on problem of sound lifestyle and preventive maintenance of varies diseases such as venereal and feminine diseases (syphilis, gonorrhea, AIDS, inflammatory feminine diseases and anemia);
3. To teach 200 rural girls who is going to be married and to teach them to elementary sanitary-hygiene norms;;
4. To increase the educational level of medical personnel on matters of family planning
